主要废气成分为甲醇、乙酸乙酯、甲苯、氯仿、丙酮、乙醇、异丙醇、四氢呋喃、DMF、盐酸等。总废气处理量在20000m3/h。 蓄热式热力焚烧炉-RTO作为有机废气的末端处理装置,处理后的尾气达标排放。VOC去除率达99%。
废气主要为挥发性VOC,废气总风量大但是VOC浓度较低,废气燃烧产生的热量较少,设备需额外增加较多的燃料消耗,用于对新进入的有机废气升温,直接使用RTO则运行成本会很高,因此本项目系统设备由两大主要部分所组成,即疏水性沸石转轮串连蓄热式焚化炉。它的工作原理是利用沸石分子筛所具备的的高吸附性能,对有机废气进行吸附浓缩,再由RTO设备净化处理浓缩后的有机废气。

制药公司在别家采购的RTO在运行两年后产生炉体、阀门、风管的腐蚀、漏气现象,已经无法满足长时间运行需要。对此业主经过与我公司的沟通,根据RTO存在的问题进行改造升级。其中包括更换切换阀,反吹系统,RTO 进出口管道,检查 RTO 的陶瓷蓄热体和升级控制系统。
